George brings together a lifelong passion for exotic and luxury automobiles with over 15 years of professional leadership experience to create The Car Barn.
He spent his early career detailing and caring for high-performance vehicles at Boston Sports Car, where he gained hands-on expertise in maintaining show-quality standards for rare and exotic automobile collections.
Subsequently, after more than a decade in brand management, sales, and corporate marketing with industry leaders like Anheuser-Busch and Constellation Brands, George returned to his first love, the art of the automobile.
Drawing on his deep knowledge of vehicle care, entrepreneurial spirit, and active involvement in various antique, classic, and collectible vehicle communities, he established The Car Barn as a premier destination for automotive storage, detailing, sales, and event services.
George has personally overseen every detail of The Car Barn’s creation, from facility design to operational planning.
His background in both high-end automotive care and corporate leadership uniquely positions him to deliver exceptional experiences for clients who demand nothing less than the best.
Matt Marcotte
Detailing & Preservation Specialist
Matt is an award-winning detailing professional with extensive experience caring for some of the world’s most prestigious automobiles. As former General Manager of Squeaky Pete’s in Florida, he built a reputation for operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and meticulous vehicle care. His expertise spans modern supercars to rare classics, with hands-on experience driving and maintaining both.
Matt’s detailing work has earned over a dozen platinum awards at the Cavallino Classic Ferrari show in Palm Beach, along with multiple honors at the Pebble Beach Concours.
He has also been entrusted to detail and preserve some of the most significant vehicles in the world, including Ferrari’s legendary 288 GTO, F40, F50, Enzo, and Formula 1 cars.
With a background in business administration and a proven record of leadership, Matt combines technical precision with a commitment to client service.
His skill in paint correction, interior detailing, and advanced preservation techniques makes him an invaluable part of The Car Barn team, ensuring every vehicle receives the highest level of care.
Ryan J. Blanchette
Detailing & Operations Specialist
Ryan is an automotive professional with more than 30 years of experience specializing in high-end detailing, paint protection, and operations management.
As the founder of Boston Exclusive Car Care, he established a reputation for expert paint correction, precision protective film installation, and concierge-level service designed for luxury and exotic vehicles. Ryan’s work has consistently combined technical excellence with a deep commitment to customer satisfaction.
Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles in automotive sales and operations, overseeing large inventories and teams while honing his expertise in vehicle evaluation and client relations.
Ryan has also been instrumental in supporting the growth of several respected detailing businesses, and has provided product insights that directly influenced the development of industry-leading detailing solutions.
In addition to his technical and business expertise, he has extensive experience managing the logistics of transporting rare and exotic vehicles to shows, private collections, and clients.
At The Car Barn, Ryan brings his unmatched knowledge and professionalism to every project, ensuring each vehicle receives the highest level of care and preservation.
Sean Gill
Sales & Restoration Specialist
Sean brings over two decades of experience in the collector car world, spanning restoration, race preparation, sales, and facility management. He began his career at Racers Edge Motorsports, where he served as lead mechanic preparing professional race cars for competition, including the 24 Hours of Daytona.
Subsequently, he spent ten years with Paul Russell and Co., restoring some of the most important Ferrari and Mercedes-Benz models in existence. Following that, Sean joined South Shore Autoworks, where he combined his mechanical background with sales, brokering landmark transactions such as a Porsche Carrera GT, Ferrari 512M, Ferrari Testarossa, and Porsche GT3RS.
At Garage 42, Sean played a pivotal role in the launch of a 20,000 sq. ft. collector car storage facility and founded its sales and brokerage department, managing important transactions involving a Mercedes-Benz 300 SL and multiple Porsche models.
Beyond his professional roles, Sean is a well-known judge at the Cavallino Classic and Pebble Beach Concours, where his expertise with Ferrari and other classics is highly sought after and respected.
